| Vancouver, BC: Ross River Minerals Inc. (TSX-V: RRM) (the "Company") is pleased to announce that Mr. David Williams has been appointed a Director of the Company. Mr. Williams has over 20 years of investment experience in the areas of venture capital finance and mineral exploration. In addition to his role as a Member of the Board, he will coordinate the corporate finance operations of the Company. The Company has also agreed with the President of the Company to amend the terms of the loan agreement, as amended, by reducing the conversion price to $0.05 and extending the loan conversion date to December 31, 2009 (see press releases dated February 12, 2007 and December 6, 2007).
