| Randall Saunders Position: Director Mr. Saunders obtained a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1981. He is currently President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a Director of Bonaparte Capital Corp., a public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Saunders also provides corporate finance and business/risk analysis services for various national and international clients through Otway Investments Inc. Mr. Saunders will replace Mr. Robert Jamieson, Chief Financial Officer, on the Audit Committee of the Company. |
