| David R. Reid Position: Director Mr. Reid, B.A., LL.B., acts as counsel to major and junior mining companies, non-resource based companies as well as public companies listed on the various stock exchanges in Canada and United States. He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree and a law degree from the University of Victoria and is a member of the British Columbia and Ontario Bars. In March 2002 he joined the national law firm of Davis & Company LLP as a senior partner following the acquisition by Davis of Reid & Company. Prior to founding internationally recognized mining and securities law boutique, Reid & Company, he was a partner of major law firms in Vancouver and Toronto. Mr. Reid has extensive corporate and commercial business experience and mineral resource law expertise. He has acted as counsel to Ross River since its inception and is also a member of several other public company boards of directors including Rubicon Minerals Corporation (TSX and AMEX), Far West Mining Ltd. (TSX Venture) and Western Prospector Group Ltd. (TSX Venture). |
