| Marcus N. Foster Position: Director, President and Chief Executive Officer Mr. Foster holds a Diploma from the Institute of Bankers, London, England. He worked for Lloyds Bank in England prior to coming to Canada in 1974 to work for the Bank of Montreal and subsequently the Royal Bank of Canada. From 1997 - 1998 he was a Director of Panamex Resources Inc. and Asia Sapphires Ltd. and served as a Director of European Garnet Ltd., public companies listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Mr. Foster specializes in the restructuring and financing of public and private companies and also serves as President and a Director of Harbour Pacific Minerals Inc. |
