Marcus N. Foster
Position: Director, President and Chief Executive Officer

Mr. Foster holds a Diploma from the Institute of Bankers, London, England. He worked for Lloyds Bank in England prior to coming to Canada in 1974 to work for the Bank of Montreal and subsequently the Royal Bank of Canada. From 1997 - 1998 he was a Director of Panamex Resources Inc. and Asia Sapphires Ltd. and served as a Director of European Garnet Ltd., public companies listed on the Vancouver Stock Exchange. Mr. Foster specializes in the restructuring and financing of public and private companies and also serves as President and a Director of Harbour Pacific Minerals Inc.

 
Robert Jamieson
Position: Director and Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Jamieson has been an active Chartered Accountant in British Columbia since 1977. Mr. Jamieson has been a self-employed Chartered Accountant in British Columbia for 31 years. Mr. Jamieson is also Chief Financial Officer and a director of Harbour Pacific Minerals Inc. and President and a director of Croydon Mercantile Corp. Mr. Jamieson obtained a Licentiate in Accounting from the University of British Columbia in 1973 and a Bachelors of Commerce (Finance) from the University of British Columbia in 1972.

 
Randall Saunders
Position: Director

Mr. Saunders obtained a Bachelors Degree in Commerce from the University of British Columbia in 1981. He is currently President, Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer, Secretary and a Director of Bonaparte Capital Corp., a public company listed on the TSX Venture Exchange. Mr. Saunders also provides corporate finance and business/risk analysis services for various national and international clients through Otway Investments Inc. Mr. Saunders will replace Mr. Robert Jamieson, Chief Financial Officer, on the Audit Committee of the Company.

 
John Drove
Position: Director

Mr. Drove is a tax lawyer with expertise in the areas of estate planning, corporate re-organizations and corporate finance. He received his law degree at the University of Stellenbosch, South Africa in 1972 and was called to the bar in Johannesburg, South Africa in 1975. He practiced as a corporate and commercial solicitor until 1983 and then as a barrister until 1989. He moved to Canada where he practiced as a tax consultant in Vancouver from 1990 to 1995. He was called to the bar in British Columbia in 1996 and since then has practiced as a business and tax lawyer with several major law firms. He is fluent in both English and Spanish.
